Auckland Rugby League - Nosedives back into the 1980s 

I watched the finale of Auckland's Grand final rugby league and was entertained by a fierce competition
Hard men , big  , Knockout hits, reminiscent of 80s rugby league , Unfortunately the Match Officials and whistle blowers  took a backward step into the 80s as well.

Both officials on and off the field , failed in their duty of care to protect the players of the game.
Both sides had players that had clearly Lost Consciousness  during the game.

He'll be right , its not twiddle winks ,  overtook the concern for the players welfare
Auckland rugby bosses need to get with the program and protect our players.

Not Just In the NRL

Rickard's greatest stand came over a 62-acre plot of land near Raglan, which was confiscated by the Government during World War II for the purpose of a military airfield. While that development never went ahead, the land was not given back to iwi. Instead it was developed into a public golf course in 1969.
